What we receive
The form sends us your name, telephone number, email address, ZIP code, the options you pick, any text you write, your consent choices, the page you used and tracking tags in the link you followed.
Why we use it
To refer you. K9 Professional Network forwards the details to an independent professional or program that covers your location, and that party may call, text or email you.
Who sees it
K9PN, the software it uses to manage requests and the professional it chooses. The main K9PN website carries a longer notice.
Cookies and fonts
This guide sets no cookies of its own. It loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google can see the page request, and it uses Vercel Analytics to count form submissions.
